We Were Here Together Xbox One Release

Originally released in October of last year, the two-player co-op puzzle adventure, We Were Here Together, will be making its way to Xbox One on June 5th. With the third entry into the We Were Here series, players can take advantage of the game’s new in-game mechanics within its new locations; from the expedition base camp, to the frozen caves and valleys, and finally entering the less-than-welcoming Castle Rock. New puzzle mechanics also make their way into the game, although not all of the puzzles hit as well as we would have liked them to when we reviewed We Were Here Together on PC last year....

The Orville Season 2 Episode 4 Review Nothing Left On Earth Excepting Fishes

This The Orville review contains spoilers. The Orville Season 2 Episode 4 I’m not going to make any bones about this: I like The Orville. It’s fun, it’s occasionally smart, and it does a great job poking old Star Trek tropes with a stick and often making them smarter. However, the latest episode seems like an unnecessary rip-off of Star Trek: Discovery’s big season 1 twist. Is The Orville trying to make Trek loyalists mad?...

The Right Stuff Disney Tv Series Release Date Revealed With New Trailer

In an interesting turn of events, National Geographic’s television series adaptation of Tom Wolfe’s The Right Stuff became a Disney+ streaming offering, reviving the seemingly-abandoned cultural attribute of wonder and optimism. Nat Geo, which went into development on the 8-episode television adaptation of The Right Stuff back in 2017, made the move this past May to export its scripted original to Disney+, setting a fall release window. The series will, of course, live up as the namesake of Wolfe’s 1979 novel and director Philip Kaufman’s iconic 1983 movie by chronicling the Space Race-era story of NASA’s 1958-1963 Project Mercury, specifically the lives of the pioneering astronauts who endeavored to reach farther than ever past the atmosphere, becoming celebrities in what could be considered America’s first reality show....

The Suicide Squad Trailer Gets Harley Quinn Right

I have been a huge fan of Harley Quinn ever since I first saw her in Batman: The Animated Series, so it’s been great to see her burst out from her status as a notable comic book character to reach prominent pop culture icon status. Kickstarted by her scene-stealing roles in the Batman: Arkham games after over a decade of solid groundwork in the comics, A-lister Margot Robbie then took the acid bath, followed by a Kaley Cuoco led-animated series....

The Witcher Anime Film Logo Revealed By Netflix

CD Projekt Red may be in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons with Cyberpunk 2077, but The Witcher is still kicking after it’s 3rd game with Netflix’s live-action show and several spin-offs underway. One of these, Nightmare of the Wolf, an anime film, has just had its logo dropped online. The logo appears to be a more monstrous rendition of the Witcher’s School of the Wolf logo. The reveal, toppled with some unsettling sound effects, is clearly hinting at a more horror driven direction being taken with the project....

The Witcher Season 2 Trailer Showcases Ciri S Training

In the first season of The Witcher on Netflix, Princess Cirilla of Cintra, better known as Ciri, was the proverbial babe in the woods, and her story arc was mostly separate from the main focus on Geralt’s adventures and Yennefer’s rise to power. However, in the season 2 trailer that premiered at WitcherCon, it’s clear that the main perspective has shifted to Ciri and the fulfilling of her destiny under Geralt’s tutelage....

The Witcher Tv Series Fixing Biggest Season 1 Criticism

Showrunner Lauren Hissrich decided to take liberties with The Witcher’s season 1 timeline when telling each main character’s individual story. Geralt and Yennefer’s stories took place in the past, while Ciri’s story loosely took place in the present. Hissirch’s decision ended up being the biggest criticism thrown at the show, and she plans to adjust things accordingly. During an interview with The Wrap, Hissrich confirmed The Witcher’s second season wouldn’t have the same multi-timeline format that the first season does....

Disney+ is the newest in a long line of streaming services, similar to Netflix. With big names in the industry skipping the theaters, like the new SpongeBob SquarePants movie Sponge on the Run, it’s not a surprise that people are flocking to streaming services for their entertainment....

At the beginning of March, For Honor’s publisher and developer Ubisoft put forth warnings to the hack-and-slash game’s community that it would not tolerate AFK farming, which has now led to the issuing of the first wave of bans to thousands of players that the company has declared are guilty of the practice.
