It seems that the stream of news news about Assassin’s Creed Vallhala hasn’t stopped circulating around the internet. Aside from confirming the return of the hidden blade and its insta-kill feature, Ubisoft has now confirmed additional stealth tactics that players will be able to take advantage of, as well as customization in regards to armor and gear. The information comes from US Gamer, in which Ubisoft stated that players will be able to use the new feign death mechanic as part of their stealth approach....

News of the Uncharted movie adaptation’s delay comes as no surprise amidst the ongoing pandemic, but it’s nevertheless a sore one for video game fans to bear. Sony revealed four major changes to its 2021 release schedule, where Tom Holland’s treasure-hunting adventure was given the lengthiest delay of them all. Reported by Deadline, Sony updated its immediate calendar with a handful of delays. The musical Cinderella was pushed back to the summer from its February release, Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway lost its Easter spot by moving to the summer as well, and Ghostbusters: Afterlife had its ideal summer slot revoked with a push back until November....

In Valheim, players come across a variety of edible flora and fauna that they can cook, brew, and roast in order to fill their stamina and HP pools. While many players are familiar with red and yellow mushrooms in Valheim, the blue mushroom is quite the mystery to most. Regardless of color, mushrooms in Valheim can be eaten raw or cooked into soups and fermented into potions. Red mushrooms are needed for Carrot Soup and Serpent Stew while yellow mushrooms can be used to make both levels of Stamina Meads....

Last Tuesday, Valve was in court defending itself against Ironburg Inventions, the IP holding branch of custom controller maker SCUF. Ironburg accused Valve of stealing their invention for rear-side control surfaces that are used on their controllers (and also on the Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller, which Microsoft had a license for). Valve denied the accusation and pleaded not guilty to patenting infringement. The trial lasted a week, and yesterday a verdict was provided by the eight-person jury....
