This week in Destiny 2 the Guardian Games arrive! It’s a big week for Destiny 2 as Eva Levante returns to the tower and brings the Guardian Games event with her! We’ve gone over how the event will work last week with Guardians completing bounties for Eva and Zavala to gain points for your class’s team, but this week we’ve got a few clarifying points to go over. As part of the event, everyone will receive a Guardian Games class item that must be worn in order to gain Laurels and progress Medal bounties....

A new trailer for the Android and iOS free-to-play RPG Tom Clancy’s Elite Squad was revealed during Ubisoft Forward today, but it is not the only game in the Tom Clancy series that has been in the spotlight. On July 15, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Breakpoint will receive its Title Update 2.0.1, which will set the stage for a live event called “Resistance,” according to Xbox Wire. The update’s major selling point is that it will add customizable AI teammates for solo players to work with, a feature which was originally supposed to launch in June but was delayed due to Ubisoft’s work from home measures enacted because of the coronavirus pandemic....

The Touhou series is getting revved up for its next installment, as the bullet hell shooting franchise has announced the next game. The 18th project, being called Unconnected Marketeers, is currently in the works by Japanese developer ZUN. Launched in 1997, the Touhou Project is a series of shoot-em-up titles where players take on a race of Youkai and other big catastrophes in the magical realm of Gensokyo. The main character, Reimu Kakurei, is tasked with looking into these supernatural phenomena along with other characters in the series....

As Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s community prepares for 2021, the developers have put out a rather interesting tweet. Every so often, Treyarch and Activision use holidays as a chance to reveal upcoming content. While Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s community is hoping for a seasonal event, the developers seem to have something else in mind. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has faithfully recreated the fan-loved Zombies game mode....

At long last, NightDive Studios’ excellent remasters of Turok 1 and 2 are heading to PS4 this week. Available tomorrow, February 25, 2021, you’ll be able to relive the N64 classics on your HDTV with updated visuals, tons of gameplay tweaks, and even online multiplayer support for 16 combatants. Not every aspect of both titles holds up, but the ports are truly exceptional. While not officially unveiled by the company, Gematsu spotted these games on the PlayStation Store with their release dates listed....

Twitch has had a turbulent few months due to a rising number of accusations that have been made against its staff as well as its popular streamers. Many have criticized Twitch for toxic behavior on the platform and it seems that there were serious issues behind the scenes. Following a series of allegations, Twitch began an independent investigation of its practices and it has led to a senior member of the company being let go because of their conduct....

Over the years, many dangerous incidents have been captured live by those streaming on Twitch. This still continues into 2021, where a Lithuanian streamer known as ArturasGrizas recently got into some trouble on the platform. The incident itself was streamed by ArturasGrizas on March 21, live on Twitch under the Travel & Outdoors streaming category. Most of the streamer’s broadcasts fall under this category, where the user is streaming himself driving in his car, allowing viewers to watch him and the road ahead of him....
