inXile Entertainment is working on its next role-playing game. Microsoft acquired inXile Entertainment back in 2018, and two years later Wasteland 3 dropped with strong critical success. The asymmetric turn-based RPG takes place in an apocalyptic Colorado....

If you haven’t heard about We Are the Caretakers yet, it’s time to get familiar. The game is extremely unique, considering it’s a turn-based game set in a sci-fi themed, afro-futuristic world. After first being revealed back in March, We Are the Caretakers is now available for Early Access on Steam. The indie game is so unique and awesome because the premise revolves around preserving Raun, an animal species that is being targeted by poachers....

In a game like Cyberpunk 2077, what’s weird might be wholesome instead. Truth be told, it’s hard to find any remaining social outliers in Night City if the norm is a culture of excess. Surprisingly enough, some players still managed to squeeze in some bizarre modifications of their own. Their mods are far from the usual performance enhancements. Pokemon Gold and Silver were released on the Gameboy Color in 1999 and introduced the 2nd Generation of Pokemon to a waiting world. Following reports that Titanfall 2 will flop, the sci-fi shooter’s first week on sale in the UK has been underwhelming, selling less copies than the original Titanfall. Fans of the original Fallout games may be in luck thanks the Microsoft’s recent acquisition of Zenimax Inc, Bethesda’s parent company. The last game in the series, Fallout 76, was poorly received by many fans because it diverged from the series’ previous purely single-player experiences. However, now Microsoft has several studios under one roof which have worked on the Fallout series or its progenitor series, Wasteland, in different capacities. Between 2018 and 2020 Microsoft acquired inXile Entertainment, Obsidian Entertainment, and Bethesda Game Studios....

Although we know that a lot of gamers are excited for the next-gen thanks to polls around the net, at this point we don’t know just how many gamers plan to pick up one of their two shiny new console options. Moreover, we don’t know how many players plan to forgo the current-gen versions of some fall releases, in favor of the presumably superior next-gen iterations. Well, at least for Ubisoft, it appears that the next-gen is beating current-gen, even with games that will be available at least a month before the PS4 and Xbox One will be on store shelves....
