The newest update for Stardew Valley has arrived on consoles. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the patch that would bring a new farm type, fresh game options, local co-op, and tons of surprises to the console version of the farming and life simulator. Valheim update 0.147.3 has arrived, and it’s a smaller update that hopes to solve some of the latency problems that were introduced in last week’s patches. The biggest change is to dedicated servers which now offer a direct connection to players rather than routing through Steam Datagram Relay (SDR). With fewer stops between player and server, latency should improve and connection issues introduced in previous patches should clear up, at least, according to Iron Gate....

When the Viking-inspired survival game Valheim dropped on Steam earlier this month, few might have predicted its massive rise in popularity. Less than three weeks after the game’s launch, Valheim had already sold over three million copies, and it recently passed four million. With a player base this large, it was only a matter of time before players created unique minigames to turn the game into something even more fun....

Valheim’s latest update will apparently make bosses even more challenging. Iron Gate released the patch notes for version 0.146.8 earlier today. On top of a bunch of small bug fixes, the update also comes with some pretty major changes. Some balancing fixes have been made to Valheim’s bosses to make them more challenging because, according to the developers - and I quote - “u guys are killing them too fast.”...

Genius agent Killjoy has been reintroduced to VALORANT, developer Riot Games announced last night. Killjoy had been temporarily removed from the game earlier this week due to a game-breaking exploit that allowed her to place her Turret under the game’s maps. The quick patch also brings a fix for a Sage wall glitch that would allow Omen to teleport around the map during the pre-round buy phase. German inventor Killjoy was removed from VALORANT on Monday night in order to address a bug that would allow her Turret to sit under the map....

The game’s atmospheric trailers have turned heads, and it has been considered one of the most anticipated horror games of the year. Unfortunately for horror fans looking for a new high quality vampire experience, though, they’re better off returning to games like Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver and Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. While it has many problems, Vampyr’s biggest sin is by far its poor technical performance....

The dream partnership between LEGO and the Super Mario Bros. franchise is happening, but we could see an entire universe of Nintendo-themed LEGO products in the future, based on comments made in a recent interview. They make the gameplay a little more dynamic as well as give the player characters a chance to get attached to them as they tag along in the campaign. As such, the different quests they offer the player to strengthen their relationship with them should stand out just as much as the characters themselves. These quests should be nice little distractions from the main objectives....
