Twitch has been going from strength to strength. The video streaming site has gained a new market with an easy-to-use service for new gen consoles, available on the PS4 and the Xbox One. It’s also gained plenty of notoriety for a number of quirky Let’s Plays. First came Twitch Plays Pokemon, with the user base of the site itself trying to democratically catch ’em all. Somehow, Twitch managed to beat Pokemon Red, and along the way a flurry of clones appeared, including Twitch playing Tetris and a even a live fish streaming Pokemon....

As fans previously predicted, The Fox is making a return to the Watch Dogs franchise in Ubisoft’s upcoming installment, Watch Dogs Legion, announced at today’s Ubisoft Forward. But, there’s a catch. At Ubisoft’s previous UbiFoward livestream conference, the publisher unveiled the upcoming Watch Dogs Legion. While it keeps with the game’s original tone of hacking to take hold of the city, it will introduce a play-as-anyone mechanic. Players will have the option to recruit a variety of London residents to the force, and this feature seemingly has no bounds, including even a grandma....

Disneyland is about to become a lot more heroic! The long-awaited Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park is set to open its doors on June 4. The official Disneyland Twitter shared the announcement along with an exclusive 21-second first look at the Marvel-inspired campus. It also shared an official blog post with details on what fans can expect from Avengers Campus, the “entirely new land dedicated to discovering, recruiting, and training the next generation of Super Heroes....

EA confirms that Titanfall 2 hasn’t met its sales expectations since it launched last October, but pledges a long-term commitment to the franchise going forward. Last year’s Titanfall 2 was a critical darling that didn’t make such a big splash in terms of sales. During an earnings call this week, the company’s CFO Blake Jorgensen admitted that the game had underperformed, but noted that the publisher has no plans to drop the franchise as a result....

Horizon Zero Dawn was developed by Guerilla Games and released for PlayStation 4 in 2017, followed by a PC version being released in 2020. It quickly became one of the best-selling PS4 games, and with good reason — Aloy’s amazing archery skills and no-nonsense attitude cement her as a memorable protagonist. Yakuza creator Toshihiro Nagoshi has revealed that he’d like Ryu Ga Gotoku’s next game to be something completely different to Yakuza. In an interview with Game Informer, Nagoshi goes into his career and what’s next for Ryu Ga Gotoku after the Western release of Yakuza: Like A Dragon. The Yakuza series has exploded in popularity ever since the release of Yakuza 0 in 2017, and the continued success over the past three years has Nagoshi wanting to try something new....

Genkibowl VII, the previously announced first DLC in a set of three planned releases, is finally available today, and we have a new trailer to celebrate.
