If you can’t wait to get your hands on Resident Evil Village, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll want to tune into 2020’s Tokyo Game Show. According to reports, a half-hour showcase focused solely on the upcoming Resident Evil title will take place during the online event. The presentation will feature producers Peter Fabiano and Tsuyoshi Kanda among other members of the development team, and it will look to finally give us more details on the game....

It may be a while still before people will be able to head back to real-world theme parks safely, but for the time being, indie developer Texel Raptor will soon have a way for people to get that communal theme park experience from home, courtesy of its park-management sim Parkitect. Ever since it first released in 2018, Parkitect has ranked high among the park-building games of recent years (and virtual life simulation games in general) for how it builds upon the likes of Rollercoaster Tycoon with its own distinct twists, such as more powerful construction tools and a greater focus on the behind-the-scenes park operations....

No Man’s Sky: Origins recently dropped and brought a ton of new content to the galactic exploration game. Along with millions of “untouched” planets, Origins add new terrain, new fauna, weather like tornadoes and lightning storms, giant construction projects, terrifying volcanoes, and more. A certain planet that used to be a Halloween tourist spot thanks to its distinctive pumpkin-like gourds has since had to remarket itself as the Origins update caused its Hubpumpkins to go extinct....

BlizzConline is revealing a lot of its secrets before opening ceremonies have even begun. Yesterday’s early release of BlizzConline’s World of Warcraft press kit revealed a big new content drop for Shadowlands as well as The Burning Crusade’s arrival in World of Warcraft Classic. Now, the European rating board has given a PEGI 12 rating to the “Blizzard Arcade Collection,” which might be coming soon to PC. The rating has since been taken down, but Gematsu nabbed a screenshot and shared it on social media....

Ubisoft confirmed in its third-quarter earnings call that its upcoming Star Wars game is currently in “the early stages of development." This Walker review contains spoilers. Walker Episode 2 Walker’s “Back in the Saddle” sees this show starting to find its groove after the introductory pilot. While the first episode was very much set up and angst, this episode is about expanding on everything that we’ve seen already and working on reconnecting a family broken by loss. There is still plenty of angst. It’s not easy and Cordell Walker isn’t the best, but he’s trying....
