Tony Hawk S Pro Skater 1 2 Ollies Over To Switch This June

Switch owners that have been dying to get their hands on Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 will be happy to learn that the Birdman is grinding his way over to Nintendo’s console on June 25, 2021. Activision confirmed the news this morning with a Tweet from the official Nintendo Twitter account. Interestingly, there are no specifics on the technical details of this port. While I would assume it won’t be running at a full 1080p due to the Switch’s limited power, I’m very curious with Activision was able to hit 60 FPS here....

To that end, the government of the United Kingdom wants to know people’s thoughts on the matter....

Video Games Are The Only Art Form That Punish You If You Re Bad

Irish stand-up comedian Dara O’Briain has an excellent routine where he describes the way in which video games will punish you for being bad at them. Not only do they punish you, but they also go as far as to completely prevent your progress if you just can’t “git gud.” We’ve all been there with games. Everyone has that one level that haunts them, the game that made them break a controller or turn off their whole console just so they didn’t have to look at the mocking pixels anymore....

Wandavision S Biggest Influence Is Too Many Cooks

You don’t have to look very hard to find the inspirations behind WandaVision. The MCU’s most creative offering to date, WandaVision revolves around the idea that Wanda Maximoff has trapped herself in an alternate reality where life is like a sitcom, and everyone in the town plays their part perfectly. Almost everyone, that is. Something is clearly rotten in Westview, and as the series races to a close I’m sure we’ll find out that everything is not quite what it seems....

The Walking Dead Season 10 Episode 20 Review Splinter

This The Walking Dead review contains spoilers. The Walking Dead Season 10 Episode 20 The Walking Dead has made a lot of hay with their six bonus episodes following the pandemic-shortened season 10. Rather than doing a ton of world-building or doing too much to push into territory best covered in season 11, they’ve doubled down on character pieces. Maggie, Daryl, Aaron and Gabriel, and now Princess have all come into focus, allowing the show’s creative team to work on digging into their characters, rather than providing much elaboration on big world-building events....

The Walking Dead Season 11 Episode 6 Review On The Inside

This The Walking Dead review contains spoilers. The Walking Dead Season 11 Episode 6 Clearly, writer Kevin Dieboldt and the various creative crew behind The Walking Dead are Wes Craven fans. The 1991 Wes Craven film The People Under the Stairs was one of the better movies Craven did, and it remains a lot of fun while also being shocking and still having some great scares. “On the Inside” takes that premise, combines it with Mile Flanagan’s Hush, and the end result is one of the most jaw-clenching, teeth grinding episodes of straight-out horror that The Walking Dead has done....
