If you’re struggling to find squadmates in Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Ubisoft has a rather generous solution available. Similar to systems it has used in Far Cry 4, a new Friend/Trial pass for its open-world tactical shooter will allow players to download a beta client and partner up with their friends for free. Think of it like last year’s Wolfenstein: Youngblood. One person needs to own the main game and their friends can simply grab this client and squad up....

On Monday, Disney announced that it would be releasing new games based on Lucasfilm properties under the “Lucasfilm Games” banner, a throwback to the classic developer later dubbed LucasArts. While the announcement at first seemed small, it was later quickly followed by the announcement of an upcoming Indiana Jones game from Wolfenstein developer Machine Games and publisher Bethesda. Now, less than 24 hours after that announcement, Lucasfilm Games has announced that it is teaming up with Ubisoft to develop an open-world Star Wars game....

The announcement of The Outer Worlds 2 was honestly far from surprising. The game was incredibly well-received and left a lot of room for future content. Obsidian also indicated that they had fun when making the game. Even so, you probably weren’t expecting an official announcement so soon. Ooh, this is just getting tastier and tastier. As per The Verge, Google has yeeted Fortnite right off their Play Store, hot on the heels of Apple doing the exact same thing. Epic responded in kind by unleashing their #FreeFortnite ad campaign, which has been met with decidedly mixed responses. So, why Google? Well, as it turns out, Epic’s little update that allowed you to pay them directly for microtransactions also runs afoul of Play Store policies....

Undertale creator Toby Fox has uploaded unseen concept art to Twitter, showing scenes involving Asriel and Chara that didn’t make it into the final version of the game.
