Valuable IP’s are a key part of game publisher’s commercial strategies and it seems that THQ Nordic has been trading licenses with Koch Media. Despite THQ Nordic owning a series of interesting licenses, as well as plenty of old favorites that fans wish would have another installment, it seems that the company is interested in picking up more titles. The trade with publisher Koch Media is unusual but is actually relatively logical when the business is looked at as a whole....

Fans of FX’s Justified may yet get to see their favorite Kentucky Marshal Raylan Givens once again, and this time it won’t be through a confusing but satisfying cameo on The Good Place. The makers of Justified are reuniting to create another series for the network based on the work of the late Elmore Leonard, and that might very well include Timothy Olyphant. Leonard’s 1980 novel City Primeval: High Noon in Detroit will be the subject of this latest adaptation, and the producers and writers behind Justified (including its creator Graham Yost) will return to work on the series....

At this point the Snyder Cut of Justice League is so close, fans can almost taste it. Ignoring the accidental leak of the film on HBO Max, the official drop date is March 18th, and the full 4-hour film will finally be available to all subscribers. And just under 24 hours later, both corporate entities caved! Dreamworks and Netflix announced today that the Tales of Arcadia saga is getting a grand movie finale. Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans is set to premiere sometime in 2021....

The latest update will allow Overwatch fans to sort streams by the hero being used, and gamers taking a look at Hearthstone will be able to sort each stream by game mode, player rank, number of wins, or hero class....

Ubisoft is celebrating E3 by offering a generous 40% off the price for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 on consoles from June 7 to 24. The game is available for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC. For the unfamiliar, The Division 2 is a critically acclaimed open-world online shooter RPG set seven months after a deadly virus was set loose in New York City. UK retailer GAME has seemingly blocked multiple people on Twitter for reporting PS5 scalpers, as opposed to taking direct action towards the scalpers themselves. The news comes from a Twitter account named UK PS5 And Xbox Series X/S Stock Alerts, which regularly posts updates pertaining to where players can buy next-gen consoles at any given time. After calling out GAME for facilitating the scalper bot known as Carnage’s haul of 2,000 PS5s just yesterday, the retailer decided to block the account on social media, while taking no visible action against the scalpers themselves....
