Twitch continues to remain number one as the most popular, and most used streaming platform in 2021. It surpasses even YouTube and Facebook live streams, climbing up the ranks and leaving such sites behind. According to some content creators and streamers, YouTube holds the precedence over Twitch, providing more content and easy promotion of their brief videos. If we are considering the numbers alone, YouTube had 343% growth two years ago, proving to be more reliable, and Twitch, by comparison grew with 197%....

The GameStop stock situation continues to change and evolve day-to-day, hour-to-hour. After reaching some extraordinary highs, GameStop’s stock price fell dramatically this week. Today, the stock rallied, but it is still a volatile situation. The big push on GameStop stock was initiated by the subreddit r/wallstreetbets, but as it pulled more people in, knowing when to cash out or stop treating the market like a game became harder to figure out....

Ubisoft has made somewhat of a blunder on its YouTube, as they uploaded ‘Ghost Recon Breakpoint X Rainbow Six Siege: Live Event Trailer’ before swiftly removing it. This video seems to imply that a crossover is coming between the two. There was a crossover with Splinter Cell recently and, in 2018, Rainbow Six Siege even had a crossover with Ghost Recon Wildlands, with a mission that had you looking for Caviera....

Before G4 can come back and reassert itself as the ruler of video game TV, Ubisoft is taking a crack at it. The house of Assassin’s Creed will launch its own online channel called gTV on April 15. The channel will air content on its UK accounts on Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. According to the press release, gTV’s goal is to celebrate the culture around video games with “a fun and irreverent tone....

In an interview with The Sun, Naughty Dog creative director Neil Druckmann hints that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End may end with the death of hero Nathan Drake. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is one of the most highly anticipated PS4 exclusives of 2016 for many people. The game promises to wrap up the franchise, and in an interview with The Sun, Neil Druckmann of Naughty Dog has hinted just how that will be accomplished: by killing off Nathan Drake....

Originally released in 2001, the Game Boy Advance was a handheld system with 16-bit graphics that was home to several fan-favorite games of Nintendo fans. Disney was originally planning to release Mulan theatrically in March 2020 before the COVID-19 pandemic prompted the studio to postpone its debut. After setting new release dates in July and then again in August, the company decided to forgo a traditional theatrical release and instead made Mulan available on Disney+ as a “Premiere Access” title for an additional cost of $29.99 on top of the subscription fee for the service. However, the film would also receive a limited theatrical release in countries where theaters re-opened or where Disney+ was not yet available....

Last year, AMC and Next Level announced The Walking Dead: Our World, a new augmented reality game based on The Walking Dead TV series and inspired by Pokemon GO. This week in Warframe, Digital Extremes have finally announced the end of Nightwave: Intermission II. It’s been six months since the second intermission of the Nightwave battle pass system was announced. Nightwave was initially intended as a way for Warframe to shore itself up in between larger content drops, providing necessary resources and unique rewards along with smaller drips of fascinating lore. However, Nightwave got sidetracked with the introduction of Railjack, Warframe’s space-based battle-system, as well as the new Scarlet Spear event....

Several leaks claim that Respawn Entertainment’s forthcoming shooter Titanfall 2 gets an October release date, and contains a grappling hook for use in-game. If the Reddit user known as “ilovegoogleglass” is to be trusted, then one of the 10 most anticipated games at E3 2016, Titanfall 2, now has a release window. While posting on the popular shooter’s main subreddit, ilovegoogleglass listed that the game is scheduled to drop sometime in October of this year, and will also have a grappling hook to be used by players to get into their Titans, free-run, and enact tactical moves such as pulling enemies out of the air....
