Cyberpunk 2077, despite its bugs, glitches, and unfulfilled promises, is a pretty decent game. Its main campaign can be very engaging and it has its memorable moments that will go on to be talked about for years to come. Throughout the game, the players are constantly placed at crossroads where they’ll have to make a tough decision, decisions that will affect the outcome of the game. Whether these decisions lead to romance options, a minor side mission’s outcome, or the overall ending of the game, choosing between the options put forth to the players can be easier said than done....

Last week, Telltale Games shocked the gaming community after the studio laid off the majority of its staff, as it prepares to eventually shut down. Not long after the announcement, people wondered what would happen to current Telltale games, especially The Walking Dead: Final Season, as it approaches the end of the series with one out of four episodes released. Several outlets reported that the game will be canceled indefinitely but Telltale’s latest update may just save the game and allow players to say goodbye to Clementine properly....

The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings players have been given a new mod to download on PC, which adds an epilogue to the game that narrates the wedding between Geralt of Rivia and Yennefer of Vengerberg. Created by fans - for the fans - Farewell of the White Wolf showcases the bond between the White Wolf and the Horsewoman of War outside their spellbound relationship. Depicted in The Witcher 3 as well as in Netflix’s The Witcher series, the PC mod - available on Steam and GOG - finally allows fans the time to soak up the romance between the franchise’s main characters....

Avatar the Last Airbender, who didn’t love this show? It had action, it had drama, it had romance. But most of all, it was smart. And not just any normal level of smart, oh no. This series went straight up philosophical in people’s business. From the plot to the characters and the general world-building, everything about this show screamed unique. Things weren’t black and white. The characters weren’t stereotypical, and most of all, everyone had a part in the story....

I don’t want to alarm anybody here, but we’re getting perilously close to 2018. Oh yes indeed. Time is flying by outrageously, bowel-looseningly fast. It’s like the last time I blinked, it was New Years’ 2016. Where the heck did this year go? Is it just me? I doubt it. We may have to wait until February 2022 before we see Tom Holland in Ruben Fleischer’s Uncharted, however, it looks like we’ll be seeing his Nathan Drake haircut before then. The 24-year-old actor has revealed his decision to keep his trim from the video game adaptation for his role as Peter Parker in Spider-Man 3. In an interview with Esquire, Holland mentioned that the costume department working on the third entry in his Spider-Man series wanted to fit the actor with a wig....

Episode one takes place in a single location, in a single time period, with two main characters so far exhibiting no signs of the post-traumatic flashback syndrome that sadly afflicts so many other prime-time TV leads. Joel ‘Nut’ Nutkins and Lana ‘Wash’ Washington have work to do, and they do it, while taking regular breaks to rehydrate with cans of energy drink....

They say that parody is the sincerest form of flattery, and when it comes to video games that adage seems to hold true. In fact, there are whole games or downloadable episodes that are built specifically as parodies, and many of them find success simply because of their satirical nature. However, sometimes the parodies are much cruder in nature, and meant to poke fun at a game’s core feature or gameplay element....

When it was first revealed that developer Respawn Entertainment had some Titanfall surprises in store for the VGX 2013 audience, we speculated that the developer might be ready to unveil more Titan types for the game. And, as it turns out, we were right. During the tail end of the show, Respawn finally revealed not one, but two new Titan types in the game: the Ogre and the Stryder. Both Titanfall mechs cater to a different play style, but each is presumably formidable in combat....

Ubisoft announces its schedule for E3 2016, which will involve a pre-show and a main event. A number of big games, such as Watch Dogs 2 and For Honor, are expected to be present. E3 2016 may be two months away, but video game publishers and developers are already getting preparations ready for the year’s biggest gaming conference. As the June date edges closer, Ubisoft is the latest video game publisher to announce its schedule for this year’s E3 conference....

In the past eight months, games publisher and developer Ubisoft has been hit with several controversies that have depleted player faith and harmed the company’s reputation. MMO racer The Crew was delayed for several weeks in order for the development team to work on improvements and despite promises from Ubisoft of a stable launch, the game did suffer from issues upon release. Ubisoft’s flagship title Assassin’s Creed Unity has also suffered game-breaking bugs and glitches (some more hilarious than others) and the company’s attempts to fix them have made things worse in some cases....

With Uncharted: The Lost Legacy slated for release later this year, the developers at Naughty Dog have decided to give fans a better idea of what the game’s various environments will look like by releasing a handful of fresh pieces of concept art for the standalone DLC. Each of the conceptual images unveiled for the game offer up an idea of the locations that the title’s main characters Chloe Frazer and Nadine Ross will visit on their journey to find the Tusk of Ganesh....

There’s an argument going around gaming fandoms that single-player is dead. It’s an easy argument to make, since we live in a world where Tetris is now a battle royale and Final Fantasy has a free-to-play fighting game. Gamers have become so aware of companies’ inclination towards microtransaction-based multiplayer experiences that they’ve even started a sort of counter-movement to the trend. It’s actually almost become a parody of itself, with endless posts thanking the likes of God Of War and Marvel’s Spider-Man for simply existing....

For years, the Uncharted movie has struggled to get off the ground. Mark Wahlberg was attached to star as treasure hunter Nathan Drake for about five years, but once director Shawn Levy came aboard the project, he decided to go with a younger actor, opting to cast Spider-Man: Homecoming’s Tom Holland in the lead role instead. Very few details have been revealed about the film since the unconfirmed reports of Holland’s casting, but the star recently teased his involvement using social media....

There’s a section of the movie Heavyweights starring Ben Stiller that feels oddly topical for the world today. After retaking their camp from Ben Stiller’s evil and controlling Tony Perkins, the kids at Camp Hope embark on a night of binging every treat imaginable. The next morning the boys awake covered in condiments and junk food. Through their sugar-induced hangover their Camp Counselor Pat wakes the boys up with a challenge, “I think what we learned here is something about personal responsibility… We gotta take control of ourselves before we take control of this camp....

Survival crafting games are a mix of an MMORPG and open-world RPG feel, which keeps many people addicted for months. Valheim is at the top of the charts as one of the newest survival-craft games with a medieval take, but there are more titles that are just as game-changing. Most crafting games don’t have a set aesthetic or time frame. You can assume everything is set in the modern day and you’re just lost at sea or on land with your own devices....

Folks, we live in interesting times. We just received a trailer for Venom: Let There Be Carnage, the sequel to the surprise 2018 hit Venom, starring Tom Hardy, Tom Hardy, and a whole lot of people who weren’t trying nearly as hard as Tom Hardy. This sequel brings in Woody Harrelson as Broadway star Carnage about 30 years after his comic book debut. Seriously, though. Carnage appeared in a Broadway musical ten years before he got to be in the movies....
