Bethesda forum users report that a specific quest line in Fallout 4 is causing the game to crash without warning on all major platforms, preventing any more progress. Users are starting to flood Bethesda’s forums with a potentially game-breaking bug that was discovered while doing one of the many quests available in Fallout 4. This issue has started to rear its head during a settlement quest where players are sent to a location called Mosignor Plaza....

The Sims 4 has come a long way since its initial release, turning seven this year, but it hasn’t been an easy journey for the game and all of its DLC. While Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands isn’t as deep of a role-playing game as the looter shooter’s D&D style may lead you to believe it is, the game still lets you create the kind of over-the-top and absurdly powerful character builds the Borderlands games are known for. In fact, I’d go so far as to say that Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands features my favorite Borderlands character-building system so far. The ability to combine multiple classes when building your character not only opens up a greater vareity of viable build possibilities but really encourages you to explore equipment/strategies in this game that you may have otherwise ignored until you decided to roll another character entirely....

Activision delays the PS3/Xbox 360 version of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 as it works on fixing the technical issues found in the PS4/Xbox One version of the game. Earlier this year, Activision released Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 on PS4 and Xbox One and though fans had hoped that it would be a return to form for the series (following Ride and Shred which sold poorly) and would showcase what made the series great in the first place, they were disappointed....

Before ARK: Survival Evolved exploded on the scene, gaming’s premiere dinosaur hunting games were Turok and Turok 2: Seeds of Evil. Many gamers look back on those titles with fond memories, and now it looks like fans of the games will have a chance to go down memory lane, as Night Dive Studios has confirmed that both Turok and Turok 2 are coming to Xbox....

Eat Sleep Play co-founder David Jaffe just announced the release date of the long-awaited car combat game Twisted Metal to be February 14th 2011, Valentine’s Day. How sweet. Twisted Metal was originally slated for an October release this year but the title was later delayed....

Forget Link. A bunch of random people in a Twitch chat room apparently have what it takes to save Hyrule just as well as the Hero of the Wild. Twitch Plays Breath of The Wild, a Twitch channel where the chat controls the game, managed to conquer all four divine beasts and vanquish Ganon. For those who have been living under a rock these past few years, Twitch Plays is a type of livestream where the people in chat are the ones playing the game....

We recently caught up with Far Cry 6 narrative director Navid Khavari to talk about the creation of Anton Castillo, the flagship villain for the upcoming open-world shooter. Portrayed by Giancarlo Esposito of Breaking Bad and The Mandalorian fame, Castillo is a fascist dictator who rules over the fictional country of Yara. He’s a force to be reckoned with, and Esposito’s performance as the daunting villain has been very impressive from everything we’ve seen....

Ubisoft has announced their support for the creation of a collegiate esports program. The Collegiate Esports program will be rolled out for its flagship esports title, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. This program will allow for any college or university to form a team that represents the school, which then competes against other schools in a tournament similar to R6’s pro league. With the new collegiate program in place, this allows any ambitious student to compete....

One only needs to peruse the headlines of the last few years to realize that Hollywood’s big budget franchises have graduated to the even bigger realm of “universes.” Marvel may have been the first to popularize it with the “Marvel Cinematic Universe,” but shared brand synergy is underway at nearly every studio at the moment. Warner Bros. has their own superhero stable, and Paramount is even trying to find a path toward unifying their Hasbro titles....

Until Dawn is a game filled with seemingly harmless choices, some of which carry disastrous consequences. Supermassive Games’ latest project is a PlayStation 4 exclusive that some would say is more of an interactive movie than a game, but it manages to build upon an entertaining narrative to deliver what turned out to be a scary-good title. Many people are aware of the fact that the esports industry moves a lot of money around, but it may come as a surprise to some that one team in particular is paying big money to boost its entry. The US Navy reportedly paid $2 million to a marketing firm to boost its entry into esports, further adding to the US military esports controversy.
