Ubisoft has now officially acknowledged that struggling with a toxic work environment is actually bad for business. That’s according to the Universal Registration Document, a 348-page document recently uncovered by Axios that outlines the company’s operations while also providing shareholders with potential risks to those operations. One of the new items in the “Risk Factors” section of the document is “occurrence of inappropriate behavior by employees,” currently listed as a “moderate” risk....

It’s been nearly three years since the treasured Uncharted series came to a close. In Valheim, players are tasked with destroying a series of enemies that have personal beef with Odin to escape a form of Norse purgatory. In order to do this, they have to start from square one, gathering low-tier resources in the hopes of building powerful arms and armor. A settlement should be a top priority, as it’s quite impossible to progress without at least a basic house, which grants access to a Workbench....

Valorant, no doubt, has some of the most unique weapons skins in any shooter title. The game features skins from fire-breathing dragons, known as ElderFlame in-game, cyberpunk-style Glitchpop skins, to Reaver, and now Megapunk. Megapunk is a brand-new weapon skin bundle originally datamined earlier this week on March 29, 2021, by ValorLeaks. This new skin bundle takes you back to the Victorian era with its steampunk look. It looks like 2021 is going to be a great year for Riot Games and its tactical shooter, Valorant. This will be the first full year with the game, the esports scene is growing, which will even have an in-person LAN event in Iceland later this year, and players will get treated several new agents throughout the year. Since Riot is still committed to releasing a new agent with each new Act, there will be plenty of opportunity for new agents to stir up Valorant meta....

Riot Games has just revealed a new game mode for their first-person tactical shooter Valorant, called Replication. This mode will only be playable for two weeks, from today until May 25. In essence, Replication mode means that all players who are on the same team play as the same Agent. So you could end up with five Sages fighting against five Jetts, for example. The point is to experiment with the boundaries of each Agent’s abilities, and as a team you’ll get the opportunity to really dig deep into what the game’s Agents can do in a given round....

Valorant players have discovered files that suggest that Riot Games is developing a mobile version of the game. The Valorant beta is now available on PC and will launch in full on the platform in summer, but this doesn’t meant that Riot isn’t also thinking about bringing the game to mobile. On Twitter, YouTuber iFireMonkey revealed a huge number of datamined Valorant files. “Icons relating to the game having Mobile support are in the game files,” wrote iFireMonkey, who also said that this didn’t confirm that a Valorant mobile version is being developed, just that Riot Games has that option....

During Nintendo’s Indie World showcase today, players had the opportunity to see a plethora of new indie titles coming soon to their Nintendo Switch. While some games like Among Us and Spelunky 2 already have a sort of audience behind them, there were several games shown that were previously unknown quantities. An unopened copy of a vintage Super Mario Bros. video game has been sold for $114,000 at an auction, which is a testament to the game’s enduring popularity. An anonymous bidder won the early version of the groundbreaking Super Mario Bros. game released in 1985 for Nintendo’s NES console in an auction held Friday at Dallas-based Heritage Auctions. The $114,000 price bested Heritage Auctions’ previous record bid for a video game, which was a $100,150 bid made for an unopened copy Super Mario Bros....

The first official trailer for Warcraft is being released this week and Blizzard fans can hardly stand the wait. After years of production and delays, the Duncan Jones directed epic based on the RTS series is finally less than a year away. After a leak that spoiled its big reveal, Ubisoft finally confirmed Watch Dogs Legion at the studio’s E3 press conference today. The game is set to release next year, on March 6, 2020. Ubisoft showcased the ambitious title that the studio is currently developing, which will focus on recruiting non-playable characters. The gameplay footage of Watch Dogs Legion that was unveiled at E3 showed the player switching up between multiple recruited characters, that includes a classic ex-spy, a sassy robotics expert, a bare-knuckle champion, and a sweet retired assassin, among many others....
