Joining an ever-expanding list of games to be pushed out to a 2021 release is ol’ Stanley Parable:Ultra Deluxe, as announced by developers Galactic Cafe and Crows Crows Crows yesterday.

But we can forgive them, not only because we’d much rather wait a bit longer for a game that deserves that extra bit of tweaking, but mainly because of the way in which the developers made the announcement. It was exactly the kind of thing you’d expect from them, really.

Which, in case you aren’t seeing it, is just the Halo Infinite development update but with some Stanlification performed on it. It’s okay if you didn’t spot that right away, we get it. It was so seamlessly edited, anyone could have overlooked that.

Of course they didn’t stop there, though. They also borrowed Deathloop’s own delay announcement and made it their own:
