Xbox’s 2020 Ultimate Sale is finally here! This behemoth of a sale is bringing us an onslaught of discounts on games, downloadable content and bundles – nearly 500 total.

Microsoft has outdone itself once again with this year’s Ultimate Sale. With AAA titles being discounted as high as 90%, you’re not going to want to sleep on these discounts. All deals are available for both silver and gold Xbox Live accounts, though gold members will be treated with an additional 10% discount for most games available. The sale will be running through to the 24th of August, so you have plenty of time to scroll through the list of deals and find the games that appeal to you the most.

It was announced via the official Xbox Twitter on August 13th that the sale would go live the next day. Well, that was a lie on their behalf. In fact, the discounts had already gone live, hours before that Tweet was made.

This sale features everything, from newer games such as NBA 2K20 90% off for Xbox One, to way older titles such as Battlefield: Bad Company 1 and 2, for $5 each. Other highlights include Fallout 3, 4 and New Vegas each 80% off, BioShock: The Collection for 75% off, the Dishonored trilogy for 70% off, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey: Ultimate Edition for 75% off and so much more. It’s not all about the AAA’s though! Try your hand at some indie titles that you may have missed. The Unravel duology, a phenomenal pair of platformers is available for $10; Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, an adventure-puzzle game awarded the “Best Xbox Game” at the 2013 Spike Video Game Awards, is up for just $4; the Risk of Rain 1 + 2 bundle is offered for around $12.

For fans of racing games, Forza Horizon 3 will be on sale for $20, instead of its standard $70. Forza Horizon 3 is going to be delisted come September, and while the game will still exist physically, you may never get to play the DLC if you want – so don’t miss it in this sale if that interests you!

The full list of games is available on the Microsoft store, with all deals being available internationally. This is one of the biggest sales that we have ever seen on Xbox, and there’s no better way to thank them than to pick up some titles. Between Call of Duty, Halo, Gears of War, The Witcher, Elder Scrolls, Just Cause, Far Cry, Crash Bandicoot and countless other franchises, no one will feel as though there isn’t a game for them. We all need bigger backlogs to get us through quarantine, so stock up with the Xbox 2020 Ultimate Sale!
