What better way to remind yourself of your traumatically difficult journey though Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice than with this fantastic new Figma figure?

As we all know, gaming isn’t just a hobby. It’s a way of life. We attend midnight releases, we hunger for the next Nintendo Direct, we collect limited edition releases and the assortment of merchandise that comes along with them. Hoarding all of this stuff, from steelbooks to soundtrack CDs and figurines, is all born of our love for the industry.

In these uncertain times, of course, it can be tough to splash out on some of the pricier goodies. $137.99, for instance, may not exactly break the bank, but we can think of more practical uses for that cash than a Cloud Strife or Sephiroth pendant from the Square Enix store. They are super neat, though, as is this stunning new Sekiro figma.

As you can see above, there’s some fantastic detail in this figure. This is no surprise, as it was crafted (as Goodsmile reports) under supervision from FromSoftware themselves. It comes with the Mortal Blade, Grapple Hook and Kusabimaru, as well as a number of optional Prosthetic Shinobi Tools (the Loaded Axe, Loaded Umbrella and Loaded Spear are included with the DX edition of the figma).

Snapping up the DX edition will also get you a Sculptor’s Idol and death screen background, which any player of Sekiro will be more than familiar with. This highly posable figma is available for pre-order now until June 11 2020, and scheduled for a 01/21 release. As for the price, you’re looking at 12,000 yen (around $112).
