The star attraction is, of course, a pigeon skin for Synin, the raven. Though, it’s purely a cosmetic change, as the pigeon doesn’t have any special abilities, which is fair, as pigeons aren’t nearly as smart as ravens. It’s a bit of a shame, though, that the pigeon doesn’t make the iconic cooing sounds that the bird is known for. What’s the deal, Ubisoft!
Either way, this is a pretty fun little bit of cross-promotion for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and you don’t have to stay subscribed to Prime to get it. A free trial, which lasts for 30 days, is enough to get the Carolingian Dynasty Gear pack. If you’re one of the many vikings skulking-about ninth-century England, might as well do it with a pigeon.
