There’s a brand-new Dreams horror game that looks suitably terrifying, and it’s primed and ready to give you some spooks right now!

The game is called Sereno and is a first-person horror game that was made by Lightinho Games using Media Molecule’s Dreams - a digital creative platform for PlayStation 4 that lets you make your own games, music, paintings, animation, sculpture, movies, or “anything in-between” and share them with other players.

Sereno is fully dubbed in Brazilian Portuguese but has accompanying English subtitles. It also apparently spans about two hours of gameplay time in total. This bodes well, suggesting it’ll be another great example of a shorter, bite-sized horror experience that will probably pack one heck of a punch without giving you too much time to get desensitized to the fear (à la the excellent Suite 776, for example).

At least, that’s what the snippets we’ve seen so far seem to convey - we’re yet to play it ourselves. And if you’re brave enough, you should certainly give it a whirl yourself first for a truly authentic scare. You can download the game right now - but you do of course need to own Dreams first.

Be sure to show the devs some love while you’re at it - it’s great seeing smaller-scale creators producing some quality-looking horror games like this one.
