This week brings several exciting developments to League of Legends, including a preview of patch 10.10 and the long-awaited reveal of the rework for Volibear. The rework is particularly exciting because it comes as the result of last year’s community vote, one that resulted in both Volibear and Fiddlesticks seeing major work done on their toolkits to make them relevant in the game once more.
The PBE for patch 10.10 is now live and there are some major changes coming to the game. One simple but helpful change is that Redeemer’s passive will be pingable in the new patch, allowing players to easily communicate their passive stacks in a way that is similar to how items, level, and abilities work. Teammates will know exactly how powerful Senna is at any given moment thanks to this change.
This also means that there is a good chance that other, or all heroes will see a similar change in the future, as communicating this kind of information quickly and easily is sure to be a major strategic advantage.
Apart from that, several characters are seeing buffs, nerfs, and changes made in the upcoming patch. Finally, the patch will also see the addition of new Champion Skins for Pulsefire Fiora, Pulsefire Ekko, Pulsefire Lucian, Pulsefire Lucian Prestige Edition, and Pulsefire Pantheon skins.
