Half-Life: Alyx released just last week and brought tons of new players into the wonderful world of VR. This week, there’s a new survival horror VR game coming from Oculus Studios, as well as sales on some of the best VR games ever.
If you were completely sucked into Half-Life: Alyx last week, you may have missed another absolute masterpiece: The Room VR: A Dark Matter from Fireproof Games is in the same series as the mobile game The Room series, but adapted for the virtual reality. It’s ostensibly an escape room game in which the player solves a series of interconnected puzzle boxes. Our review will be up soon, but we already tell you The Room VR is a must-play.
By way of new releases, Oculus Studios is releasing a survival horror game called Lies Beneath from studio Drifter VR. Set in a rural Alaskan town, Lies Beneath is a living comic book that looks absolutely terrifying.
