Time’s up, let’s do this, Leeroy Jenkins! The iconic misadventure of our favorite Paladin turns 15 years old, first appearing on May 11, 2005. Since then the moment has been immortalized in Hearthstone and the World of Warcraft TCG, and has been referenced in mainstream media. Seeing Leeroy in our Garrisons was also a great nod to the character, and we hope to see more of him in the future.
There is a short while left to enjoy the Spring Balloon Festival micro holiday, which began May 10 and runs through to the 12. During this time players can hop into a hot air balloon and take in the scenery all around the world. On the same day that this even ends, the PvP Brawl: Gravity Lapse Begins where players can jump into the Eye of the Storm battleground where they are launched into the air every minute, giving the match a distinct and difficult challenge to deal with.
Finally, the 100% bonus to earned reputation with Legion and Battle for Azeroth factions is only around for another week, ending May 18. As the experience buff was extended by Blizzard until the release of the Shadowlands pre-launch patch, the reputation buff may also see a similar extension, but since nothing has been formally announced yet, take advantage of the extra reputation while you still can!
