It’s been an incredible month for new releases, but the heavy hitters are still coming. While DOOM Eternal, Animal Crossing, and Half-Life: Alyx continue to break records, this week will see some competition from a swarm of remakes, remasters, and ports of some truly beloved franchises.

Tuesday 3/31 brings Persona 5 Royal, the updated and expanded version of 2017’s Persona 5. In our review for Persona 5 Royal, Corin called P5R an “incredible fix to every gameplay problem from the original.” We’ve got an expansive guide category for P5R that you can find here.

The original Ty The Tasmanian Tiger and Zombie Army Trilogy are both coming to Switch on Tuesday as well. While we don’t expect these titles to make as big of a splash as P5R, but never-the-less these are fan-favorite games that both fit perfectly on the Switch.

Finally, our most anticipated game of the week: Resident Evil 3 releases on PC, PS4, and Xbox One Friday, April 3rd. This remake is in the same style and engine as last year’s Resident Evil 2 remake and is practically guaranteed to be a major hit. We’ll have a review up for RE3 later this week, as well as guides and features, so keep an eye on our Resident Evil 3 page for more.
