New Pokemon Snap is a Nintendo remake that has just released, and already players are taking adorably goofy pictures of the Pokemon in their environments. There are tons of different Pokemon to discover in Pokemon snap, and they all have unique gestures that showcase their daily lives in the wild.
Pokemon such as Pichu, Blastoise, and Aipom make for hilarious pictures, and every Pokemon has different routines and interactions with both the environment and other Pokemon. With so much variety in a single game, it’s no surprise that players are managing to find some of the goofiest examples of Pokemon living their daily lives.
10 Croagunk Croaking With A Smile
Croagunk has been considered a goofy Pokemon for a long time. Its main role in the anime was keeping Brock out of trouble, after all. There probably haven’t been many shots of Croagunk in New Pokemon Snap that are goofier than this one.
This picture shows Croagunk with a smile on its face while puffing out its cheeks, and it’s the most endearing thing ever. Its arms are held out to its sides, and its eyes are looking up to the sky. Even the way that it stares is funny.
9 Wooper’s Funny Face
Wooper is an adorable Water-type Pokemon, and in this picture, you can see its cute face and a hilarious gesture. This face is how Wooper usually looks in the Pokemon anime and video games; however, it is somehow much funnier when viewed in this game.
Pictures such as these are so goofy because they show Pokemon with their natural expressions and in their natural habitats. This Wooper is having a blast in the wild, but it’s a shame that this adorable creature couldn’t be caught as a Pokemon companion.
8 Grookey And Pichu Playing And Dancing Together
Grookey is a relatively new Pokemon, but it seems to be making some new friends in New Pokemon Snap as it plays with a wild Pichu in this picture. Pichu and Grookey seem to be getting along well and even playing a game or dancing together. It’s possible that this Grookey and Pichu have been life-long friends.
Although Grookey and Pichu are different types, their playful nature allows them to become the best of friends in the Pokemon world.
7 Hopping Sobble And Smirking Venusaur
Venusaur is usually known for being a grumpy-looking Pokemon, and in most official franchise art, it seems to be angry all the time based on the expression that it has on its face. However, in this picture, Venusaur seems to be smiling wide and looks incredibly happy.
Two Sobble can be seen hopping in the background toward Venusaur, which makes for a goofy background. Everyone loves these two Starter Pokemon, and when you put them in a picture where they’re both ecstatic, it makes for a funny scene.
6 Quagsire Sitting Around
Quagsire is the evolution of the Pokemon Wooper, which is why it’s no surprise that there are many funny pictures to take of Quagsire in New Pokemon Snap. Quagsire has a confused look on its face in this picture, and it may even be wondering why a human is looking at it with a weird device.
Goofy pictures of Quagsire are quite common since this Pokemon always has a funny face when people and other Pokemon are around.
5 Bidoof With A Stick
Bidoof has been considered one of the funniest Pokemon since Generation IV was released, and that’s no surprise considering its cheeky face and playful nature. Bidoof is holding a stick in this photo, and it even has an adorable smirk across its face.
It’s possible that Bidoof is going to try to build a dam and needs the stick for the structural base. Either way, Bidoof seems to love its stick in this goofy shot.
4 Pikachu Laughing
Pikachu always has a lively expression on its face, but this snapshot takes it to the next level. Pikachu is laughing uncontrollably in this picture, and it is producing electricity while laughing.
Although it is unclear what is making Pikachu burst out in laughter, it’s incredibly endearing. Pikachu is such a goofy Pokemon.
3 Wailord Peeking Out Of The Water
Wailord may be a giant Pokemon; however, it is more funny than intimidating most of the time. For example, in this photo, you can see Wailord slowly peeking out of the water as if it is trying not to disturb the other Pokemon around it.
Unfortunately, Wailord is so big that simply swimming to the surface will alert all of the Pokemon in the vicinity. Although Wailord is a silly creature, it is still one of the strongest Water-type Pokemon in the Hoenn region.
2 Pichu and Scorbunny Sleeping On Top Of Torterra
An Electric-type Pichu and its Scorbunny friend can be seen sleeping on top of a Torterra in this picture, which is one of both the goofiest and cutest shots that has ever been taken in New Pokemon Snap. Torterra doesn’t seem to mind that the Pokemon are sleeping on top of it, and perhaps this is because Torterra likes to take care of weaker Pokemon.
Pichu, Scorbunny, and Torterra are all very different creatures; however, that doesn’t stop them from becoming such close friends that Pichu and Scorbunny are allowed to sleep on top of Torterra’s back.
1 Aipom Eating Fruit With A Smile
Aipom is eating fruit in this picture, but what really makes it stand out is its giant smile. Aipom has always been a goofy Pokemon, especially in the Pokemon anime. Aipom is known for stealing objects and food from travelers, so it is possible that it stole this piece of fruit from a nearby Pokemon. If this is the case, hopefully, Aipom will feel remorseful and bring the fruit back to the Pokemon that it took it from.
Regardless, Aipom is one of the goofiest creatures that made it into New Pokemon Snap, and this photo showcases its hilarious nature perfectly.
