We have to say, despite their lack of accuracy compared to something like the Focal Spirit One or Philips Fidelio X1, the Ultimate Ears are utterly fabulous for listening to music. Bass seems astonishing, but there’s vocal clarity here too, and decent coverage of the high-end. Not one for audiophiles, but a strong contender for the Beats crown, we’d say
