Volvo avoids the difficult second album bear trap, and nails the big estate car thing with the new V90. Not as outright spacious as the Volvo bricks of old, it’s nonetheless much more appealing in almost any other way. World-class interior, refined and good looking it presents a different approach to getting from A-to-B than any BMW, Mercedes or Audi.
