Call of Duty: Warzone is an incredibly entertaining battle royale to play, but its maze of menus isn’t the cleanest. On that note, some players have called attention to the odd obscurity of weapon blueprints – they don’t actually show the names of the guns.

Don’t get me wrong, weapon blueprints are awesome. They contain some of the most aesthetically pleasing tools of destruction out there, further extending player individuality and customization in the game. Best of all, perhaps, are the tracer packs contained in certain blueprints; these packs provide colored bullet tracers to its guns, adding some pizzazz to the game’s fights. However, sometimes blueprints can be unnecessarily frustrating. With certain blueprints’ uniqueness comes obscure weapon nicknames. If you get a rifle nicknamed: “The Ultimate Death Reaper Of Souls” – that’s cool and all – but is it an M13 or an M4A1? Sometimes it’s actually tough to tell by looks alone, and there is no text that shows it.

There is a workaround, as shown in the Reddit post above, but it remains strangely inconvenient. Navigating back and forth between the store and armory is a weird hoop to jump through just to reveal what you are actually about to buy. If there’s a 3rd-party page dedicated to this information, then it should probably just be included on the blueprint screen itself.

Really, this suggestion fits in with a slew of other minor grievances with the game. Call of Duty: Warzone is a fantastic game with plenty of potential, so a lot of players are holding it to a high standard.

In the same vein, players have made it clear that they would prefer to have separate classes for Multiplayer and Warzone BR modes. The two sections have game modes that require completely different tools and play-styles, and therefore, separate loadout pages would help keep things better organized. Additionally, many have been upset over a supposed visibility advantage that players experience while positioned inside the gas, while those safely inside the circle can’t see them at all.

Regardless of which changes are implemented and which are left in the air – Call of Duty: Warzone will remain a fantastic success. It picks up where Blackout fell short and gives heavy hitters in the genre (such as Apex Legends and Fortnite) some serious competition. Yes, there are problems that require attention, but hopefully players count their blessings as Infinity Ward continues to make improvements to the battle royale.
