Warzone players are still trying to derail the newly-added armored train that now circles Verdansk.
#TeamMountainGoat is at it again. The team that first discovered you could drive an ATV off of a skyscraper and survive then decided to test the limits of the new armored train that was added in Season 5 of Call of Duty: Warzone. Last time, they put four armored cargo trucks in the way to see what would happen, and the train just blew through all four like they weren’t even there.
This time, #TeamMountainGoat decided to up the ante by putting eight cargo trucks and a single ATV in front of the train. They also put their pile of vehicles at the front entrance of a tunnel so that the train couldn’t just push them out of the way, which seemed to happen in their first derailing attempt.
So, how did 8 trucks fair? Well, not so great.
The Verdansk train seems to be an unstoppable force, which makes sense given how it’s an armored train that the Soviet Union used to ferry around military hardware. Even eight tightly-packed cargo trucks barely seemed to slow this train down as it again plowed straight into them. The trucks seemed to get pushed out of the way at first, but then they got caught against the roof of the tunnel. With nowhere to go, most of the trucks exploded and rained debris all over the interior arch.
At this point, I think it’s safe to assume that #TeamMountainGoat is more concerned with testing the limits of Warzone’s physics engine than actually winning a match. They even said that their latest failure to derail the train hasn’t deterred them and that they have “a few more thoughts” on what might finally stop that train.
My guess? Twelve trucks. And maybe a few helicopters thrown in for good measure.
