Call Of Duty: Warzone recently had a sizeable content update for Season 4, and with it came a slew of new changes to Warzone. Players dropping into Verdansk can now keep an eye out for the new Supply Run contracts, which can help players secure some much-needed gear at a significant discount.

Special events and new contracts have slowly been introduced into Warzone over the past few updates, as they add new ways to spice up the battle royale experience. Supply Run contracts are somewhat similar to a Fire Sale event, but with a few small caveats.

As the above image shows, Supply Runs want players to “Race to the Buy Station.” While this seems easy enough to do, the caveat is that the Buy Station players need to reach is not necessarily the closest one to them, and more often than not, players will be sent to Buy Stations that are out of their way. It seems that early on in the game players can expect to be told to go as far as 500 meters away, but the distance seems to scale down as the circle closes. So if players do plan to race to a Buy Station, they should make sure they have a vehicle ready to quickly reach their destination, because they only have two minutes once the Supply Run contract is picked up.

Although going far out of your way on a time crunch sounds annoying, the rewards can be worth the trek, whether you are early or late into a Warzone game. Players that manage to reach the Buy Station in time will be able to obtain squad mates revives for free, as well as pick up a self revive kit for free. Every item in the Buy Station receives a steep discount, except the loadout drop marker, which remains its base price. The cheapest item after discount is the armor plate bundle, which will only cost $300, and the most expensive item is the armor box that costs $1200.

However,  do not expect to hoard cash then do one of these contracts and plan to walk away with 20 airstrikes. When players pick up a Supply Run contract, the squad can only buy one item per member. This means you can either get that free self-revive or the discounted gas mask, not both. If players want to get more discounts, either hunt down another Supply Run contract or pray for a Fire Sale event. This caveat helps balance the discounts, as well as the risk-reward factor of the contract. Hopefully, players can use these new contracts to their advantage and avoid the horror of entering the final circle with no armor, killstreaks, and ammo.
